Complaint

We make our products with love, in quality factories in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Italy or outside the EU. Before putting each product on sale, we thoroughly test it for several months and inspect it before shipping. We are sincerely sorry if an error occurred during the packaging of the shipment, or if the product was damaged.

INFORMATION ON CLAIMS
The warranty period is set at 24 months or limited by the use-by date of the goods and runs from the day the buyer takes over the shipment. The seller is responsible for defects in goods or services. Warranty service is provided by the online store operator.

Incompleteness of the shipment or damage to the goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment by e-mail or complaint form. Later complaints of incomplete shipment or mechanical damage to the product cannot be accepted.

Please send the claimed goods to us for assessment. We recommend that you send the shipment as a package by registered mail, or after filling out the form, you will be sent a door code for the Post Office. Please do not send the goods to us on cash on delivery.

DEADLINE FOR COMPLAINT PROCESSING
By law, the consumer has the right to settle a complaint within 30 days. However, we always try to shorten this period as much as possible. We will inform you via e-mail about the status of your complaint.

REFUNDS FOR ADVERTISED GOODS
In the case of handling a claim in the form of a refund, the money for the goods will be returned to the bank account you specify or sent back to the card from which the ordered goods were paid for during the purchase.

OUT OF JUDICIAL RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
If you are not satisfied with the processing of your order, the delivered goods or our services, send us a complaint by e-mail to info@timme.sk . If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was handled or if you believe that we may have violated your rights, you can, according to Act 391/2015 Coll. submit a proposal to initiate an alternative resolution of the entity's dispute. You can submit a proposal in the manner specified under §12 of Act 391/2015 Coll. The list of ARS entities can be found on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic www.mhsr.sk.
